Procedure

  • Order

      If you are interested in our products you can email us or leave a message on our web site and one of our professional Sales Consultant will contact you within 24 hours. Then she/he will discuss your project with you, provide professional advice if required, suggest suitable products, estimate production period and payment method. When we reach agreement, our sales consultant will prepare a Proforma Invoice which includes shipping cost which will be sent via email. Once you confirm, our production department will begin to prepare your order, but we will only proceed to produce after your payment has been approved.   
      


    Production Cycle
      
      Our modern factory and well trained staff need only 7 working days for most orders, but large quantities or special demand will require more time. Our assigned quality controller will focus on your products all along with knowledge of your project to ensure delivery
        


    Logistic

      Our logistics department will double check the orders before we pack them. All order will be fully protected and well packed. Experienced staff will select world top rank courier company such as DHL, UPS etc. depending on your location. Normal shipping time will be 3 working days; remote districts might require longer time. Finally our general manager will personally send you a delivery note containing order details and tracking number.


    After Sale

      Once you have received the goods, our after sale service department will contact you. We welcome any comments or feedback. All of our products provide one year warranty.
